DROP-IN ANYTIME between Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm. This full year class pass allows for 40 hours of studio time to be used however you see fit throughout the school year. Students will be introduced to a variety of  tools and techniques to build on their personal skill set and gain confidence as a young artist. In this class, students will work one on one with the instructor to tailor their studio time to their interests and ability.
OPEN STUDIO is a concept that is tailored to each student. Families will work with the teachers to determine student abilities, goals and what vision they have for their open studio time. Each class will be set up to include three general stations to allow students to work with a variety of tools and mediums. Students may move freely through each station, and will have sketchbooks for solo sketching or for use to plan their projects, large and small. This class is focused on exploratory time, giving students the space to discover what elements of art they are most interested in and further developing those interests into something more substantial. There will be a mix of short and long-term personal art projects based on each student’s goals and objectives.
    1. Fundamental Drawing/Illustration Station
    2. 3D Art and Sculpting Station
    3. Mixed Media/Painting Station
PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS. Please contact alexa@theartsconnection.ca to register or for more info.
